Audio Response Unit (ARU)
ARU allows credit unions the ability to provide many important services to
its members 24-hours a day, seven days a week. Using a touch-tone phone, members
can obtain information on their accounts, transfer and withdraw funds, and
receive current rate information among other things.

Enhancements
- Loan-By-Phone — The member is able to apply for a loan in private using the touch-tone phone. The loan information can automatically update Loan Manager or can be processed manually the next morning.
- Stop payments — The member is able to put a stop payment on a draft without a credit union employee intervening.
- Third-party credit cards — The member is able to inquire on a credit card balance or make a payment by transferring funds from an account.
