E-Alerts is an exciting new product service, allowing credit unions to provide their NetBranch members with an email notification of various account activities. These activities include high and/or low balances, cleared checks, and various other transactions such as ACH, ATM and Drafts based on specified amounts.

How it Works
Members select the types of activities they wish to be notified of through parameters in their NetBranch Plus login. Along with selecting the types of activities, they also have the ability to set the high and/or low balance thresholds for each notification. E-Alert notifications are sent once a day. Members also designate the e-mail addresses that are used for delivery with an option to designate multiple addresses based on the type of activity. Along with the option of e-mail, members may also choose to be notified via text messaging through pagers or cell phones.
