Automated Loan Applications
When a member applies for a loan using NetBranch Plus or Audio Response, the loan application information can automatically update the Galaxy System. Some of the automated lending parameters that can be updated include: Credit Bureau, Debt Records, Credit/Beacon Score and even Approving a Loan. The credit union determines how the system will automate the lending process. The Loan Officer has the ability to view a listing of applications applied for remotely, based upon their own search criteria.

Menu Features
- Transactions Menu
This menu allows members to perform such transactions as transferring funds, withdrawing funds from their accounts, and executing cross transfers.
- Inquiries Menu
This menu provides members the ability to view share and draft accounts, as well as loan, credit card and IRA information.
- Bill Payment Menu
This menu can be enabled to allow members to view account history, pay, inquire, change, set up a reoccurring schedule, and even cancel a bill with the simple click of a mouse.
- Loan Application Menu
This menu allows members the ability to complete loan.
- Services Menu
This menu allows members to set up services such as Name Accounts, Reorder Drafts, Stop Drafts and Change Password.
