Savings Bond Redemption Program
With the Savings Bond Redemption Program, calculation of E, EE and S Savings
Bonds is a snap. The program works in conjunction with a redemption table
that is supplied by the US Treasury Department. The program has been designed
to allow processing of both members and non-members.
Uploading Data to GALAXY or the IRS
For member transactions, interest and withholding information can be sent directly to the GALAXY system to be updated on the account. For non-members, data is captured so a 1099-INT can be generated from the PC and sent to the IRS at year end.

- Bond Issue Date
- Bond Serial Number
- Source of Payment Exchange Amount
- Withholding Percentage
- Face Value
- Purchase Date
- Purchase Amount

- Transaction Register
- File Maintenance Journals
