Teller/Member Restricted Access
The Process
The Fiserv Galaxy Teller/Member Restricted Access software is designed to make it possible to limit access to specific information by internal credit union staff. It stops restricted tellers from inquiring on an account or even has the ability to completely restrict the account from transactions and file maintenance.
A user logging on with a designated sign-on has the ability to create and maintain the Restricted Access Table. This table consists of select teller IDs and the member accounts associated with them. Accounts assigned to specific restricted teller IDs are accessible only to those individuals using one of the privileged sign-ons.
